Zingerman's will yet again be hosting 4 days of Camp Bacon in Ann Arbor. That's right -- Camp Bacon.

Camp Bacon celebrates all things Bacon - from bacon makers, producers, poets, historians and musicians.

A Bacon Ball kicks off the festivities. The Bacon Ball will be a dinner from Zingerman's Roadhouse Chef Alex Young, hosted by Nancy Newsom of Colonel Newsom's Aged Country Ham in Princeton, KY. The dinner will feature all types of ham products; bacon, hams, prosciutto and more! 

Next up for Camp Bacon? Bakin' with Bacon class at Zingerman's BAKE. Learn how to make peppered bacon farm bread, bacon cheddar scones and bacon pecan sandy cookies and take them home with you!

Then, head out to Zingerman's newest venture and location - Cornman Farms for the Camp Bacon Main Event!  The festivities begin at 7:30 am on Saturday, May 31 with an amazing breakfast featuring plenty of bacon. Learn from bacon experts; Nancy Newsom, BobNueske and Raul Martin.

To wrap up the 4 days of Camp Bacon is again the Bacon Street Fair on Sunday, June 1 at the Ann Arbor Farmer's Market!  Vendors from Zingerman's and many other businesses will be on hand sampling and selling their favorite bacon inspired creations!
