As tulips and daffodils hearken the arrival of spring, so do the beautiful historic (pre-1950) peonies at Nichols Arboretum. Summer means outdoor fun! Visitors to Ann Arbor will love adventuring on the Huron River - kayaking the Argo Cascades or fishing for trout at Mill Creek in neighboring Dexter. Mountain bikers will be thrilled by the brand-new DTE Energy Foundation Trail at the Waterloo State Recreation Area. And, urban-centric explorers will love High Five Pedal Tours - a tour company utilizing a sixteen-person bicycle to offer a variety of tours in downtown Ann Arbor, with stops ranging from bookstores to brewpubs and art to appetizers.

Ann Arbor, also known as Tree Town, has stunning fall colors. Enjoy them while tailgating outside the University of Michigan Football Stadium or while exploring one of the area's many parks!
