Last summer, Ann arbor hosted the inaugural LPGA Volvik Championship at Travis Pointe Country Club. Join the excitement again as the LPGA Volvik Championship welcomes 144 of the best female professional golfers in the world battling for the $1.3 million purse at this premier golf tournament.
The professional 72-hole golf tournament will be held this year from May 22-28. More than 30,000 spectators are expected and the tournament will be internationally televised in over 150 countries. Being played through Memorial Day weekend, the event will raise awareness for charities, including those that benefit military families.
Tickets for 2017 are on sale and will make a perfect present for the golfing fans in your family or your circle of friends. Grounds ticket prices start at $20 from Wednesday through Friday, with tickets priced at $25 for the final two rounds of action on Saturday and Sunday. Children 17 and under receive free Grounds access all week, with a paid adult. Once again, the LPGA Volvik Championship will offer free Grounds tickets to Active Duty, Retired Military, and Veterans (and one guest) all week.
