June 26: The Evolving Bargain between Research Universities and Society: A conversation featuring leaders of nine prestigious universities (moderated by Ruth J. Simmons, former president of both Brown University and Smith College)
June 27: UMich200 Summer Festival in partnership with the annual celebration Ann Arbor Summer Festival that links the campus and community through performing arts and outdoor entertainment.
September 15: UMich200 Detroit Festival celebrating the university’s birthplace two centuries after its founding in Detroit with a series of events, exhibitions, and a Detroit Tigers tribute game.
October 26-28: UMich200 Fall Festival over homecoming weekend featuring exhibits, tours, and live performances dedicated to forecasting the university’s contributions over the next 100 years. Of course, homecoming wouldn’t be complete without a game in the Big House!
