#ErininA2: Dining at Miss Kim

Nov 05, 2018

We love The Epicurean Traveler's taste for great food - so when she began planning her trip to Ann Arbor, we recommended Miss Kim

Zingerman's newest restaurant, Miss Kim is rooted in Korean tradition, but inspired by local Michigan produce. Managing Partner Ji Hye Kim is a culinary genius and hard-working chef - she worked at a few different Zingerman's businesses before opening her food cart, San Street, and then Miss Kim in the Kerrytown District.

Erin, the blogger behind The Epicurean Traveler, said, "Home to the renowned University of Michigan, Ann Arbor attracts visitors and students from around the world. Fortunately, that global diversity has influenced this southeastern Michigan city’s culinary landscape. With one of the state’s most ethnically diverse dining scenes, you are likely to find any cuisine you seek. If your craving happens to be for the fluffiest steamed buns you’ve ever tasted, then you are certainly in luck."
