Experience the best of Ann Arbor’s dining scene at affordable prices during Ann Arbor Restaurant Week, June 10-15, 2012. Local chefs will create special three-course dinner menus for only $25 per person and lunch menus for $12 per person. Some casually priced restaurants will offer two for one deals.
$12 Lunch: Each restaurant will create a special set of menu offerings all priced at $12. Restaurants may offer multiple courses, drinks, two for one, or something entirely different. Lunch is an open format, the choice is up to the restaurant.
$25 Dinner: All restaurants will be offering a three course dinner. Some will have a set menu, others will be offering a choice of items for each course, some will be offering two for the price of one.

53rd Annual Ann Arbor Art Fair

Sounds & Sights Festival in Chelsea

The Sounds & Sights Festival is an annual summer festival in historic and culturally savvy Chelsea, Michigan. The event started over three decades ago as merchant sidewalk sales and has since burgeoned into a highlight of summer that draws visitors from all over the state and beyond. The two-day, three-night event features an open-air art market, live music, a food and social tent, children's entertainment and activities, a classic car show, and much more. The open-air art market is back for its 2nd year and expanding, after a successful debut in 2011 at this popular festival and the organizers are looking for artists and fine craftsmen and women to be a part of the event.
The Sounds & Sights Festival will also feature SculptureWalk, 10 Sculptures will be juried into the exhibit and installed outdoor, on concrete pads in high profile locations in historic downtown Chelsea, Michigan. Online and print brochures will be provided to the public to inspire self-guided walking tours of the exhibit. Guided docent tours will also be available.

Michigan Brewers Guild Summer Beer Festival

The Michigan Brewers Guild proudly presents the 15th Annual Summer Beer Festival at Riverside Park in Depot Town, Ypsilanti. The festival is a showcase of more than 300 hand-crafted beers in a variety of styles from over 50 Michigan breweries - most pull out the "big guns" and offer specialty beers the likes of which you've never seen. Mango Chipotle Ale? Check. Strawberry Short Cake beer that actually tastes like Strawbery Short Cake? Check. The Festival is open to beer-lovers 21 and over, and it's recommended that you purchase tickets in advance - some beer enthusiasts believe Summer Beer Festival is one of the Ann Arbor Area's signature events! Make sure to purchase tickets ahead of time - they go fast!

The Jamboree is a family event with free admission and free activities for all ages, including great live music all day by a popular band, hayrides, animals to pet, pony rides, lots of games and activities for children, a rock climbing wall, tours of the 74 acre farm, and live and silent auctions, including a gift table with a variety of donated goods and services - many at bargain prices! Food and beverages will be available. Our 'Fellow Traveler' award ceremony will honor one or more supporters for their contributions to Dawn Farm and the recovering community. Dawn Farm welcomes old friends and new friends to join us and share in celebrating our successes in helping people with alcohol and other drug additions become part of the recovering community, and to celebrate the tremendous power of hope, recovery and community in the lives of individuals, families, and our entire society. Funds raised from the sales and auctions will help defray treatment costs for individuals who need help and lack resources.

It's party time in the Main Street area! The stores will be open late! There will be tons of Holiday Sales! Santa Claus and Miss Washtenaw County will be roaming the streets from 7:00 - 9:00 pm! Join local business owners as they welcome guests with extra special savings!
