Pacific Rim by Kana focuses on Pan-Asian cuisine, with an emphasis on providing interesting sauces on its fresh fish and seafood. There are unusual appetizers, like Unagi Terrine, broiled eel with avocado and sushi rice served with a soy syrup and wasabi oil; and spice-crusted quail, marinated with Asian spices and a tamarind-barbeque sauce. In addition to entrees like flash-seared hamachi filet, there's also Thai pesto fettucine and pan-roasted pork loin chops, as well as a range of gourmet desserts.
