China Gate's Chef Jan has over 40 years experience. He is the winner of the silver medal in the 2004 Culinary Olympics, and the gold medal winner of the 2001 and 2003 International Professional Culinary Competition. China Gate was voted Best Chinese Food by the Michigan Daily in 2006. Features Szechuan, Hunan and Peking Cuisines.
