The Neutral Zone is Ann Arbor's teen center, located in the heart of downtown. A hub for creativity and growth, it is an ideal space for a wide variety of events. There are four main spaces: the venue, the cafe, the conference room, and the lounge. You can have a GREAT BIG party at the Neutral Zone, as it is one of the largest event spaces downtown (capacity: 400 people). The Zone also has a full kitchen in the cafe area, a conference room that seats 25, and a unique 'leadership lounge' great for intimate dialogues, retreats, or brainstorming sessions (seats up to 38 people). With their rental program, you can choose everything from the caterer and entertainment to event rental and space configuration.
